Deciding upon a Motion filed by the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Canton 10 Livno, the preliminary procedure judge of the Cantonal Court in Livno Jurica Babić issued, on 29^th August 2024, a decision granting the Prosecution’s Motion and ordering the suspect I.R. (61) into one-month custody. Pursuant to the referenced decision, custody may last until 27^th September 2024, or until a new decision of the Court.
I.R. is suspected of having committed the criminal offense of Murder in violation of Article 166, paragraph 1 as read with Article 28 Attempt of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
