    The Cantonal Court in Livno is the highest instance of the judiciary in Canton 10. Under the jurisdiction of the Cantonal Court in Livno is the Municipal Court in Livno with its divisions in Tomislavgrad and Drvar.

    At the end of 2023, 531 cases remained unresolved in the Cantonal Court in Livno. During the first three quarters of 2024, the Cantonal Court in Livno received 680 cases, so that a total of 1.211 cases were pending. In the first three quarters of 2024, a total of 885 cases were resolved, while in the same period last year 834 cases were resolved, which is 51 cases or 6,12% more. At the end of the first three quarters of 2024, 326 cases remained unresolved, while at the end of the first three quarters of 2023, 526 cases remained unresolved, which is 200 cases or 38,02% less than at the end of the first three quarters of 2023.

    The achieved collective norm of the court for the first three quarters of 2024 is 108,36%. Almost all judges of this court achieved over 100% of the average annual norm for this period.

    The average duration of 885 resolved cases is 167 days, which is 63 days less than in the same period of 2023, when the average duration of cases was 230 days.

    According to the annual Case Resolution Plan for 2024, the obligation to resolve 82 first-instance cases has been determined, while according to the quarterly Case Resolution Plans for 2024, the obligation to resolve a total of 333 cases has been determined. On 30th September 2024, 316 cases from the Case Resolution Plans for the first, second and the third quarter were resolved, so that the percentage of resolved cases from the plans is 94,89%, while from the annual Case Resolution Plan 52 cases or 63% were resolved, and 30 cases remained unresolved.
